Pregnancy and postpartum are special times with unique nutritional needs. They are also times when your energy and time required for making healthy meals is reduced. We reserve a spot on our schedule to provide meal support for pregnant and postnatal mamas and families. It works the same as our personal chef program, but generally with a shorter time frame of 8 weeks to a few months. Give yourself the gift of time with your little one, more time to rest and nourishing meals.

Please note: Christiana is currently not available for in-person personal chef work, but is available for 1:1 consultations about starting solid food for babies and nourishing the whole family through postpartum and early years of having little ones.
