Wildberry Personal Chef Christiana

Christiana was fortunate to grow up in a family of culinary enthusiasts, where home cooking and gathering together over meals was the norm. As a lifelong and elite level athlete, she spent years experimenting with different foods to fine tune her performance through nutritious cooking. She believes strongly in the relationship between food and health and that one of life’s greatest joys is gathering with friends and family to enjoy a delicious, nourishing meal.

After working in the natural foods industry, Christiana attended the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver to formalize her culinary education, and received her nutrition education as a NTP through the Nutritional Therapy Association. As a believer to her core in the farm to table and real food movements, she strives to use the highest quality seasonal ingredients from local farms to give meals a distinctive, fresh flavor. Christiana is passionate about enabling her clients to love the food they eat, regardless of their allergies or dietary restrictions. She is thrilled to be able to bring her energy, talent and expertise to the Boulder area and grateful for the opportunity to improve the lives of others through food.

Christiana is currently not taking new clients, but does offer 1:1 consulting sessions through her online business focused on baby-led weaning and cooking for babies and toddlers. You can check out her work at Real Food Littles.
